About Kelley
I am an experienced ESL teacher with an MA-TESOL degree and a valid teaching certification.
I love to travel which is why I prefer to teach online. I have traveled abroad extensively, and I have lived in Spain, South Korea and Taiwan.
I love learning about new cultures and languages. I speak a little Spanish, and I know basic greetings and expressions in Korean, Portuguese and Chinese.

I like to get to know my students and their interests so that I can create a student-centered class environment. I use a communicative approach to teaching so that my students get a lot of practice speaking and listening.
I have been told by my students that my English is easy to understand. I can adjust my rate of speaking easily, so that my students are not frustrated.
My classes are for adults who want to sound more like a native English speaker.
Most of my classes are taught via Zoom, which makes it convenient for anyone!
