About Isabella

I’m Isabella Reyes, a bilingual Spanish tutor with 6 years of experience teaching one-on-one to students of all ages. I studied Spanish Language and Culture at the University of San Diego and completed my teaching internship in Mexico City. I’ve helped travelers, adult learners, and young students gain real speaking skills in a short amount of time. I was recently recognized by the Language for Life Foundation for my creative and student-centered teaching approach.

About the lesson

Hola! I start my Spanish lessons by helping you speak comfortably right from the beginning. I guide you through essential phrases and simple sentence structures that you can use in real-life situations. Instead of memorizing rules, you’ll learn through speaking, listening, and seeing how the language fits naturally into everyday life. I include pronunciation tips, picture-based vocabulary, and fun verbal practice that makes the experience both useful and enjoyable.

As you build fluency, I bring in beginner-friendly reading and writing exercises and help you become more confident listening to Spanish in music, stories, and real-world conversation. I always keep lessons relaxed, positive, and adapted to how you learn best. Whether you’re studying for fun, for travel, or just to try something new, I’ll help you discover how rewarding and exciting Spanish can be.
