About Kelsey
I am a special education teacher in Philadelphia. I hold certification to teach special education, English as a second language, reading and writing specialist, and general education. Teaching is my passion. I have been teaching for four years full time, and have 5 years of student teaching. I have a masters from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors from Syracuse University.
