About Ashley
I am a current special education teacher with 5+ years of experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum. I have worked primarily in self-contained special ed classes but have worked with students from 3-10 grade. I currently have 10 students in my class.

I base my classes on positive behavior systems and ABA principles. I use many different teaching techniques including discrete trial training, modeling, prompt fading, etc. I think building relationships with the students is very important and is the cornerstone of good instruction.
