I am a personal trainer and the objective of my counseling is to provide clients with a complete service in nutrition and training, in a simple and functional way that can lead them to achieve their goals. The class is taught theoretically (to know the basics on nutrition and training) with practical demonstrations afterwards and content on YouTube. Anyone can require this service, however my main purpose is to help young men to increase in strength and muscle mass, something that I battled throughout my adolescence.
