About Amelia

Hi! My name is Amelia and I am a Speech Language Pathologist from Australia and I am passionate about language, literacy, communication, health and wellness. I am a very enthusiastic, approachable and a happy person.
I have worked as a Speech Pathologist for 6 years with a strong focus on teaching language, literacy (reading, writing, spelling), speech and social skills to a range of individuals! I currently work within the Education System. I enjoy helping people improve their English skills whether that be from beginner level to advanced levels for job interviews.
I am also a Personal Trainer and love everything to do with health, travelling, fitness, the outdoors, travelling and living my best life.

About the lesson

I am a speech pathologist in Australia with over 5 years experience working with children and adults. I also have 3 years experience teaching English as second language.
I am happy to do 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour lessons.
As a Teacher I am very supportive, flexible and enthusiastic. I am a friendly face to all my students and I encourage every student to try their best in every task even if it is challenging. I am open and honest with my students and I want students to ask me questions when they are unsure or want to learn more! I will never stop a student from asking questions.
I will work hard as your teacher to help you achieve the most in every session so that you can learn everything you need to for everyday life, for school or for your professional career. I expect that you will work hard for me so we can achieve the best possible outcomes together!
I will use online platforms, face to face sessions (Skype), online resources and there will be homework activities and tasks for the student to complete.
My Teaching Style is always student focused. I like discussions, check ins, and honesty in every session so that the student and myself are happy.
I will encourage and support my students goals and achievements for greater success.
