About Gail
I'm a former HR professional, recovering Adult Child, and Certified Life Coach. I work with individuals on all relationship and trust issues to help people communicate better in love. My coaching work is both effective and successful for anyone seeking better love relationships or dating experiences.

I teach tried and tested philosophies and techniques to help you get better love relationships. We use tactical strategies, as well as holistic energetic modalities to bring clarity and direction to your body/mind/spirit connection. I teach by example. My philosophy is simple. If your relationships suck, so do you. Our work will help YOU be a better person, worthy of having better love in your life. And if you cannot love and connect to yourself, no one else will be able to either, so the work I do includes a lot of self introspection and awareness. Once you know you better, then you can attract better love into your life.
