About Dawn
With 13 years of experience in teaching and music, I am dedicated to helping students become skilled and confident flute players. I teach school and college students and believe that every learner deserves personal attention and encouragement.
My lessons are carefully planned to make learning easy, practical, and enjoyable. Students learn breathing control, posture, finger coordination, scales, rhythm, tone development, and musical expression step by step.
One of my proudest moments as a tutor is seeing students perform with confidence after months of dedicated practice. I also teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm practice, and beginner music concepts.
My mission is to inspire students to enjoy music while developing skills that will benefit them throughout life.

My goal is to make flute lessons enjoyable while helping students build strong musical skills. My teaching methodology combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to support every learner throughout their musical journey.
Students first learn breathing exercises, posture, finger coordination, note reading, rhythm, and tone production. As they improve, they develop articulation, scales, musical interpretation, dynamics, improvisation, and performance confidence through regular practice.
I motivate students by appreciating every improvement and encouraging consistent effort. Communication is clear, supportive, and easy to understand, allowing students to ask questions without hesitation. Integrity ensures that every lesson is conducted with honesty, fairness, and patience.
Creative teaching methods include favorite songs, duet performances, ear training, rhythm games, musical storytelling, listening exercises, and creative improvisation. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, music theory, beginner keyboard, sight reading, rhythm development, and music appreciation.
