About Jess
I'm Jess and I graduated university with a 2:1 in Sport and Exercise Science last year. I got a job in a high school supporting 13-16 year old students get their GCSEs where I enjoyed seeing their improvements and progression lesson by lesson. Hard work really does pay off!
My passion is anything to do with sport, exercise and nutrition!!

We will find ways together to help you remember the content and the apply it to real life situations for 1 hour at a time. Or sessions can be based around learning how to revise or revising for upcoming tests or exams.
I graduated with a 2:1 in Sport and Exercise Science where I learnt all about how the body moves, what it is made up of, the psychology behind sport as well as the food needed to perform.
I have recently supported students aged 13-16 studying for their GCSEs in GCSE PE, BTEC Sport, Health and Social Care and Hospitality and Catering.
Therefor my lessons will be for students studying GCSE PE, A-Level PE, BTEC Sport, Health and Social Care and Hospitality and Catering.
