I am a Sport Psychology Graduate who transitioned to Life Coaching to actually help people get on with their lives using tried and tested methods.
I know the feeling of being "stuck," and I found my meaning in it; helping others overcome it so they lead better, purposeful lives.

I have studied the Psychology of Optimal Performance, gained my Degree, then went on to achieve a certificate in Life Coaching from the Academy of Applied Psychology.
I am interested in the inner workings of the mind and what makes people tick. As such, my Methodology is; Get to know the client and the Problem(s), Understand the situation and Factors, Find a Solution, Empower the Client to Follow Through.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes long. However, I have a free 20 Minute Initial Call to make sure I can help the Client and for the Client to see if I am suited for the job. We then go from there.
Each session is structured as follows;
A Review of the past week or what has been done by the Client since the last session, Problems that arose or can be foreseen, Solutions, Action Steps to be taken until the next session.
