About Daisha
I’ve been boxing around 7 years now, but didn’t really start to feel good in training/sparring/bouts until I started taking all aspects of performance seriously, including S&C.
In 2018 I went on to study Sport and Exercise Science at LJMU which gave me industry leading insights into all things performance & where I got chance to work with experts in the field.

About the lesson

What we’ll do:
️ First week we’ll do some strength and fitness testing to see where you’re at and so we always have something to compare progress.
️ I’ll then design a boxing S&C program specific to your needs and set you up on my app so we can log everything.
️ You’ll come in (ideally) 2x per week where we’ll work on training you as a boxer should be trained with session including mobility, plyometrics, upper and lower body strength, proper core work and usually finished with a conditioner.
