About the lesson

Need to get fit or want to perform? Student at CREPS Montpellier BPJEPS AGFF Mention D (Force Specialty), I come back from Canada, where I took part of my training. A graduate of Crossfit L1 and the Federal Patent powerlifting, I am also formed on the bases of posturology and weightlifting. In addition to my professional training, I'm as Athlete Team France in powerlifting, which gives me a different look during my coaching. I continue to educate myself constantly: on the ground and by reading different books + Pro seminars. Specializing in the disciplines of strength, I offer you my help in your goals whatever they are: fitness, weight loss, taking mass réathlétisation after returning from injury, or physical prep preparation competitions like army, fireman , police. I guarantee careful monitoring, quality and safe practice. Your health and performance are my priority. All in good humor of course, because sport should be above all a FUN is too often forgotten. Why I love my job? Because of the human touch. I love the exchange, reveal and develop the potential of each of my athletes. My victory is to restore the taste of sport, subtract each (e) within its limits, to have pride to improve everyday :) I have the best job in the world :)
