About Ciara

I am a psychologist who works in research, but also works with (mainly) athletes and sports teams to help them to achieve their full performance potential.

I have worked with multiple national-level teams, all of whom achieved their performance goals to win international titles.

As an athlete and performer myself, I have a deep understanding of what barriers high-level performers can face when competing or when trying to improve their skills and abilities. This understanding helps me to create targeted sessions to address the areas in which you may struggle most, which ensures you get the most out of each session

About the lesson

Our first performance session would be an informal meet up, to get to know each other and for me to understand what exactly you are looking for.

Sessions with individuals can be 30-60 minutes, depending on your own preferences. If you are more interested in a team workshop, these sessions could be whatever length is preferred (minimum 90 minutes), including full day sessions.

Sessions can take place in a sports ground, online or in a public location. I am available to travel to meet with clients

You do not need to be an elite performer to benefit from sports and performance psychology! If you feel like your performance can be impacted by your mindset, or you know that you haven't yet reached your full potential but don't know how to proceed - working with me might help you to progress in your performance

A free first session is available for an initial meet up online or in-person (location-dependent) to see if you would like to work with me.
If you would like to schedule a full session/workshop as our first engagement, unfortunately I cannot offer a free session
