About Aadil
I am currently a student at university who plays for the university’s rugby team. As well as this I attend the gym on a regular basis and enjoy spending time with my friends at various sports events.
I truly understand that a lot of people struggle with their fitness goals and physical well-being which as a result can have a major impact on their health.
I believe that someone who relates to another at a young age can truly make a positive impact for positive change!

You may be thinking that any student who has played sports can give advice in how to stay fit and healthy right? Well, having been captain on numerous occasions I understand that fitness is a fundamental factor of one’s wellbeing and one which everyone should take seriously. I have experience on a deeper level when looking at both fitness and sport as I understand GCSE physical education very well. Our lessons will be focused on your needs and specific goals in fitness and how sports can play a major part in your journey!
