I am a holder of a Certificate in Sports Administration and a National Diploma in Sports Management. I have coaches children from ages 3-16yr in. I am a Physical Education Teacher and a general Sports Coach.
I pride myself in developing potential skills into applied abilities.

Just like we do on the field, my lessons start with a warm up. Could be a random Sports based general knowledge quiz physical activity or an ice breaker.
Then the Main Skill Development comes as the main topic of the day. This consists of slideshows and presentations that relate to the topic.
Then conclusion always ends with a reflecting back feedback process of the lesson.
