I am a student at college, studying sports science and playing sports am working out in my free time, as well as training others to become more healthy. Through nutrition and exercise I have aided many associates in achieving their fitness goals.

I approach new topics through hands on teaching, as I believe that people learn best when they are involved. This method has benefited many people, and when people have the opportunity to be involved, the knowledge becomes part of a schema. This helps form positive habits and my students achieve success.
