About Roza
I am a skating instructor at Duosport in Nijmegen, rowing coach at DDP in Cuijk and have organized various sports activities. In addition, I help friends and family to get fit through schedules and personal help. Often people had a positive experience with my help and were able to build on the knowledge that I implied. I think the psyche is just as important as the body. You have to train with a good feeling in combination with healthy nutrition and a healthy mentality. I would like to discuss the goal you want to achieve, how much you believe in it and what I can do to help.

I will start with a conversation where your goal becomes clear. Why are you asking for my help and how do you intend to achieve your goal. In cooperation with you and the use of the ASE model and motivational interviewing, I will find out how you can achieve your goal.
I will give you tips, tricks and the necessary support to get started. Afterwards my support will decrease, but I am still available for questions or comments.
