About Thomas

I’m a CEO and former management consultant whose work has been featured in Forbes, the Financial Times and The Times. Having spent more than a decade learning how to thrive with ADHD, I’ve developed a deep practical understanding of focus, motivation, habits and consistent execution. These methods can be extraordinarily effective both for people with ADHD and for anyone who struggles with ADHD-like challenges such as procrastination, feeling overwhelmed or inconsistent focus.

About the lesson

My teachings are most suitable for people with challenges related specifically to focus, productivity and consistency—especially if you're struggling to feel fulfilled and satisfied with your day to day output or just feeling lost on what to do and how to progress in your career, or life in general.

Everybody works differently, but very few people truly understand how they work best. Together, we’ll dig deep to understand the conditions in which you focus, think and execute most effectively, then use those learnings to build personalised systems and habits that make your day-to-day work life better.

Speaking plainly, we’ll clarify what you want to achieve, build habits around the conditions that help you thrive, and create friction around those that consistently get in your way. The aim is to restore your focus and energy, get you executing consistently towards your goals, and make meaningful progress in as few lessons as possible.

Our lessons will usually take an hour. My teachings are suitable to those at AS / A-level and above including adult education—undergraduate, masters, MBA.

Deadly! Thomas was excellent from the very first session. He took the time to understand Mark as an individual and showed a very thoughtful and practical approach to supporting a student with ADHD.
