About Gareth
Having Studied French from the age of seven and graduated with a French and international relations degree with part of the degree at university in Lyon and years spent living in France post graduation, I am a computer programmer by accident. I switched back to language in 2005 moving to Bolivia where I enjoyed years of teaching in the wonderful fiery and passionate even if sometimes a little laid back country that is Bolivia. It gave me the drive, patience and passion to help people keen (and sometimes not so keen!) to learn English whoever the student might be. Being able to use language well will open more doors than you can imagine.

Listen question learn practise and repeat. Practice is the number one task for the day. And the number two task. And if that gets boring, change the context, try the same thing from a different angle and see how many different ways you can find to communicate the same understanding. TO know vocabulary alone does not make a good language speaker, but a good vocabulary will always see you in a sting position. Talk to people. Ask questions. If you see someone struggling, help yourself by helping others. You will get a kick at showing what you know and it will help you improve at the same time.
