I have over 10 years of experience of playing softball and running track, including at the collegiate level. Being a licensed chiropractor provides a good background knowledge in anatomy and physiology. I also have experience with group & one-on-one personal training. My passion is helping others reach their goals and work towards optimal health!

After learning all about you - your life, your goals, your schedule, your experience, etc - I will build a program that best suits YOU.
Sessions will be ~1 hour long including a specific warm up & cool down.
I love to focus on functional strength training, and would love to teach you about living healthier all around!
