Personal coaching (or between friends) at home or outdoors (Paris and Vincennes).
To begin, we will establish your objectives. Whether you are active, sedentary or in rehabilitation, my job is to adapt to your abilities and your personality in order to evolve together.
Classes are alternated on different exercises and will change every 6 to 10 sessions depending on your progress.
I will travel with my equipment (elastics / light weights) if necessary.
