About Million
Hi — I’m Million. I’m a PhD candidate in robotics (UQTR) with an MSc in Intelligent Field Robotic Systems (IFRoS). I combine university-level training, hands-on industry experience (robot software engineering, SLAM & localization internships) and vocational teaching experience (circuit design & microcontrollers) to deliver clear, reliable and practical lessons in math, physics, electricity, electronics, robotics and automation. Why students trust me * Proven credentials: graduate engineering degrees, research experience in SLAM and perception, and real-world robotics projects — all of which let me connect theory to practice. * Classroom & lab experience: I’ve taught vocational courses, supervised labs and guided thesis/project work, so I know how to prepare students for exams, labs and real projects. * Structured, professional approach: each lesson starts with a short assessment, followed by a tailored plan, clear objectives, practice problems or lab tasks, and actionable feedback. I provide code examples and problem sets so every session is productive. * Flexible & reliable: I adapt to your pace and goals (high school, university, hobby or research), offer online formats, and keep sessions punctual and well-organized. * Clear communication: patient explanations, visual aids and step-by-step problem solving. I teach in English and can adapt to different learning styles (visual, analytical, practical). If you want a dependable tutor who turns hard concepts into usable skills, tell me your goal and current level — I’ll prepare a tailored plan for your first lesson.

Hello — I’m Million Angesom Asefaw, a PhD candidate at UQTR with an MSc in Intelligent Field Robotic Systems. I’ve taught circuit design and microcontrollers as a vocational instructor, completed research internships in robot localization and SLAM, and worked as a robot software engineer building real-world autonomy and control systems. I teach math, physics, electricity, electronics, robotics and automation to high-school students, university students, hobbyists and researchers. What I offer Personalized lessons: I assess your current level, learning goals and deadlines (exams, lab reports, projects, or hobby builds) and create a step-by-step plan. Hands-on & practical: Theory is paired with labs, circuit exercises, coding tasks (Python/C++/MATLAB/ROS), simulation work and project coaching so you can apply what you learn immediately. Exam & project support: Problem-solving strategies, past-paper practice, lab write-ups, debugging help, code reviews, and project/thesis guidance. Tools & topics: Fundamental/Advanced math & physics, electricity, electronics and circuit design, microcontrollers, sensors, control theory, state estimation, ROS, SLAM basics, and automation workflows. Flexible format: Online sessions, one-off lessons, or weekly packages. Languages & teaching style: Clear, patient explanations in English; I adapt to visual/analytical/practical learners to make concepts click. Credentials you can trust: vocational instructor experience, MSc (IFRoS) coursework and thesis on SLAM/robotics, internships at CIRS and industry experience in robotics software. If you want to improve grades, build a project, prepare for university-level engineering classes, or learn robotics from the ground up — message me with your goal and current level and I’ll draft a tailored plan for your first lesson.
