About Alana
I am currently working toward my Masters in literature, and plan to continue my education by getting my doctorate in literature as well. My Bachelors is in Molecular and Biomedical biology with a minor in technical writing. I have interned for a few different writing positions, and am currently working at a University teaching college Freshman composition classes. I am a student just like you and I completely understand what you are going through, and want to help in any way I can!

A typical lesson plan will include a brief discussion about the lesson, followed by an exercise to ensure understanding, followed by a plan for practice at home if needed. At the beginning of our meetings, and conversation about any classwork and goals will take place to ensure that all needed information is being covered in future sessions. I can tutor elementary up to college sophomores in typical English, writing, or literature classes.
