About Zeke

Hi! I’m Zeke — a DBS-checked Creative Media Lecturer at Stoke-on-Trent College. I specialise in Blender, Photoshop, digital art, animation, filmmaking and games design, and I teach learners from Level 1 to Level 3 in FE. I offer supportive, step-by-step tutoring for: • Blender (modelling, lighting, simple animation, rendering) • Photoshop (editing, compositing, digital art) • Pixel art & game asset creation • Character design • Video editing & filmmaking basics • Storyboarding techniques • Media coursework support (GCSE & BTEC) • Portfolio building for creative courses Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to level up your skills, I tailor every lesson to your goals and pace.

About the lesson

My lessons are friendly, structured and completely tailored to each learner’s goals. I specialise in helping beginners build confidence quickly in Blender, Photoshop and Creative Media skills. How my lessons work • I teach step-by-step using screen sharing • You follow along as I demonstrate techniques • We work on small, achievable tasks each session • Every few lessons, you create a completed mini-project • I give clear guidance, feedback and examples throughout • Lessons can be 60 or 90 minutes depending on preference What you will learn Depending on your chosen subject, sessions can cover: Blender • Basic modelling and sculpting • Materials, textures and lighting • Simple animation • Rendering and scene composition • Game-ready assets Photoshop • Layers and masking • Digital painting and enhancement • Colour correction and effects • Compositing and photo manipulation • Designing characters or assets Creative Media • Storyboarding and planning • Editing basics (Premiere, DaVinci or similar) • Filmmaking techniques • Coursework and portfolio development • Research and idea generation Who my lessons suit • Complete beginners • Home-educated learners • GCSE & BTEC Media students • Adult learners wanting a new creative skill • Anyone building a creative portfolio Learning style I teach in a calm, supportive and patient way. What you need • A laptop or desktop • Blender (free), Photoshop (or Photopea) • Internet access for online lessons • Zoom/Google Meet/Discord I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can talk through your goals and set up a personalised learning plan.
