About Jayne
I’m also a mum of one so have experience on the benefits of training before, during & after pregnancy. I know first hand how tough it is to navigate the misinformation online and how confusing it can be. We’re not robots, each of us are different, and I’m here to help you through your journey!
Many of my clients are women, who are going through the numerous stages we face eg pregnancy & menopause, and it’s important that your coach can personalise your programming to suit you.
