I’ve previously worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach with the University of Derby (Funded masters intern), Derventio Excel swimming and Derby County community trust (via HPU).

Im currently a General Manager at Snap Fitness Swadlincote whilst doing Strength & Conditioning programs as a side hobby!

- Online coaching: £80p/month (This includes a continuous training plan and weekly catch ups on form & technique)
