About Adrian
I'm a Strength & Conditioning Trainer, if you wish to improve your sedentary work life ( probably have a poor body posture or diet like wise) or if you are a old person who seek to improve your strength and flexibility. I'm here to help.
I do have teach kids for strength training as well, normally start with age 7 till 13. The purpose is to strengthen their muscle and bone to prevent injury.

- Teach Teenage / Adult / Elderly for General Health
- Teach Combat Sport/ Martial Art to improve performance
- No matter you are beginner to fitness or intermediate. You are welcome to find me
- If you wish to improve your Combat sport performance, strength and conditioning are a good choice for you.
- Preferably offline, but online also can.
- Been in Martial Art Field for 9 years, specifically train as Ninjutsu for martial art.
