About David
I am a biochemist, I have a degree in this field.
At different times I have organized seminars, workshops in order to equip my audience with the necessary tools they can use to combat stress. I have been helping people live a more refreshing life again, cutting out on things that makes them go all drained for the past 7 years now... I have been telling them this one thing, focus on only the things you can control leave and forget the ones you can't. The sooner you focus on your own actions, reactions and responses, the sooner you’ll be on your way to reducing stress in your life.

As a Biochemist, I used the method of facilitating rather than dictating method because its highly beneficial tutoring style. I aim to help motivate people in ascertaining their inner strengths and abilities and discovering what truly inspires them.
So, during the course of our study, we will be able to;
identify common stressors.
understand techniques to cope with stress.
And finally to conquer the venom of stress.
So my class is opened for anyone who wants to live a life devoid of any thing that could stress their peace.
