About Blessing
I am a nurse, gone for school health programs where I've had the opportunity to teach primary and secondary school students on effective ways to manage stress. There was a massive turnout on the rate the lecture was understood as a good number of the students were able to identify various ways they have been getting it wrong, making it difficult for them to balance academic demands and social life, which amounts to a lot of stress on their side and the possible ways and measures to cultivate in order to be able to manage stress more effectively.

I base my classes on past knowledge of the subject matter by the students and present sensitization on what stress management is all about, perils of ineffective stress management on both health, religious, academic, and secular life, and how to effectively and efficiently manage stress with the accompanying merits.
