About Pedro

I am a Civil Engineer working in Lisbon in a recognized Structures (Bridges) design office, holding an Integrated Master in Civil Engineering, and tutoring students on the following subjects of Structures and Geotechnics areas:
- Mechanics I and II
- Material Resistance I and II
- Structural Analysis I and II
- Soil and Rock Mechanics
- Geotechnical Structural Analysis
- Concrete Structures I and II
- Structural Design
- Steel Structures

About the lesson

Since I've graduated in 2015, I have been giving private tutoring sessions to Civil Engineering students: either as follow-up / review sessions on various subjects throughout the semester as well as exam preparation. I have a habit of structuring session thoroughly, introducing theoretical notions initially and applying them later by solving practical exercises. For exam preparation, the focus is on solving standard exercises, given their inherent predictability.
