About J
With a Bachelor's in Finance and a Master's in Counselling, I bring a unique blend of analytical and empathetic skills to my practice. Passionate about psychology, I continuously experiment and challenge myself. Having personally experienced depression and used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to transform my negative beliefs, I understand how it feels to be stuck in the past.
My journey has equipped me with the tools to live in the present and look forward to the future. As an ISFJ, I am very compassionate and dedicated to inspiring confidence in my clients. My personal and professional experiences establish my legitimacy as a counsellor, guiding you towards meaningful life changes.
