If you are looking to be the best and have what it takes to get there, I will help you. I have played many sports in the past. Everything from hockey to swimming to baseball. I have played baseball at a top Division 1 Junior College in the United States. I know what it takes and I will help you get there.

My main focus with training is obviously putting on size. You will be putting size on however we will also be training flexiablity and your, "quick twitch" muscles. You want to be as flexible as possible but also have size and strength. I also talk a lot about mental preparation and other parts of fitness that will be discussed later. Supplemental and food programs is also what I offer.
