About Daniel
I am studying international business, at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, Germany. Personally, I come from Romania and I am in my 3rd year now. Living on my own, having time for friends, working and/or studying, having fun are all part of student-life. However, managing all those is no easy job. To find my inner peace, I had to gather practical knowledge on how to better understand those issues so that I can go on with my life smoothly. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

My teaching method is based on the way you perceive stress. Since everybody talks about it, through the word of mouth, everyone seems "to have it" nowadays. Everybody identifies with some things/events/ideas that they believe and through that, you shape your personality. However, when things define you, and you lose touch with yourself, you start going mad about the world. I offer different ways that could help you change your perspective, become calmer, happier and more understanding of the world, such as: meditation, bioenergetics, breathing work, scientific knowledge about the body/mind.
