About Elise

Currently a student in preparation for the aggregation of Modern Letters and already holder of the CAPES of Modern Letters, I intend to be a French teacher from the next school year. Holder of a literary bac in the German European section obtained with honors, I then integrated a Hypokhâgne / Khâgne preparation for 2 years. Under-eligible at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, I then continued my studies at the University where I obtained a License 3 of Modern Letters (good mention) and a Research Master in literary studies (very good mention ). I continued by taking the CAPES, then this year the aggregation, to become a secondary school teacher. I already have teaching experience since I was a tutor for a whole school year in a Micro-Lycée and I did a teaching internship in high school. In addition, I am a volunteer in an association providing academic support.

About the lesson

My conception of teaching is to conduct an individualized and benevolent pedagogy starting from the predispositions of the student (type of memory, skills already acquired, etc.). By being attentive to what the student already knows or to the methods to which he is receptive, it will then be possible to value him and bring him to deepen his learning while taking care to give him a taste for knowledge. It is therefore possible for me to vary the media depending on the students. Regarding the content, I can help with homework depending on the homework to be done but also conduct a course offering built methodologies (to make a dissertation or a comment for example). I can also prepare more lessons to review or learn concepts still in the process of acquisition. It all depends on the requests of the student and his parents.

Deadly! Les cours avec Elise sont passionnants. Elle prend le temps de tout expliquer, m'apprend des termes techniques, me donne des conseils, des exercices et revient sur des points de grammaire standard pour mieux appréhender la stylistique universitaire tout en essayant de m'avancer vers celle du CAPES ou de l'agrégation.
