About Maxime
I am a student in Life Sciences at Sorbonne University, I Graduated with a Bac +3 and am Now heading towards a master in Ecology. Having lived in England when I was young, I learned English at the same time as French and am therefore perfectly bilingual. I also had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of this language through the passage of the International Baccalaureate. I have since translated texts, presentations and scientific excerpts, helped with TOEIC preparation etc. all in a university context.

To teach English, my method is entirely dependent on the student and his level. First of all, i will speak with him, aim know his past experiences and his goal (related to the learning of English of course). If the student is comfortable enough, classes will be conducted in English, with the possibility of asking questions in French if in doubt. I will rely particularly on reading on the student's side, since it is the best way in my opinion to expand his vocabulary, as well as on the conversation that allows to open and communicate more fluidly. If necessary, I will also give courses in grammar and synthaxis. Having some scientific experience, I am able to teach high school students but also adults, and finally students wishing to acquire a greater vocabulary in the field of Life Sciences
