I work alongside the students to see what their teachers are teaching and then find new avenues on how to explain the material better, give suggestions on how to improve their writing, and try to build lessons based on the student's interests. For example, if a student needs help building their essay skills, a practice essay based on their favourite character can be used to sample their writing and see where improvements can be made.
