About Josep
I am an end-of-year student of the Degree in English Studies: Language, Literature and Culture at UNED. I am 27 years old and I have never stopped studying English in Cambridge academies, the Official School of Languages, the university and others, so I have a varied experience in the academic sector of English. I also have a good level of oral English achieved from the English Pronunciation and Phonetics subjects, with their two main dialects: the British standard or Received Pronunciation (RP) and the North American.
I have taught English at a face-to-face level at home and in the client's home and also online with people of very diverse ages ranging from 6-7 years to 55 or more, sometimes with two students at a time. I did a UNED course in Emotional Competencies of the Educator and my mother is a kindergarten teacher, so I have knowledge about the teaching sector, also about ICT. In my spare time I dedicate myself to writing poems, philosophical essays and comics in the three languages previously mentioned, some of which I post on my Facebook whose profile corresponds to me, Josep Navarro Besalduch. I also have basic knowledge of German.
I have been in London as a tourist and I have English neighbors. I also have extensive knowledge in Catalan and Spanish to teach these subjects if needed. Despite my current dedication to learning and teaching English, I did a Scientific Baccalaureate and in later years I took advantage of these studies to cultivate in various biosciences such as microbiology, genetics and psychology. I am a curious person intellectually and I spend a lot of time reading a bit of everything, especially if it is in English or the subject is mentally profound. I really like music and I compose songs with my music and lyrics, some in English, as well as dancing in the gym and spending time playing turn-based strategy games. I also have a driving license.
