Deadly! A very good fitness trainer indeed,friendly,yet professional at the same time,he's well informed interms of physical fitness matters,& offers free great advise on healthy eating habits, he's able to recommend & explain exercises that should help u reach your personal goals.I highly recommend him for to anyone,he's able to work with clients from all ages & races
