Students sometimes may be late or miss a session but I do not.I understand they are learning to navigate their professional lives and this takes time so I do not punish or hold a grudge because like all students they are just learning how to be respectful adults. My father always said “the smartest thing you can do is prepare to be stupid. “ and this is one of the first things I try to teach. Preparedness.

I AM FUN, and I like to have fun with my students. No one wants to learn from an old lady they have nothing in common with and they shouldn’t have too. I find common ground and organize my lessons based on each student and don’t reuse the same old lesson plans over and over. When kids are interested and engaged they absorb.
