About Rebecca
I am a 46 year old mother to 5 beautiful children. Since I had my last baby I came across gratitude and personal development books and couldn’t stop reading and since then have turned my life around as I found the next stage of evolution for us all. A bug free mind is the first thinking system as we don’t have one and now I wish to share my knowledge with others to inspire us all to live a happy life. We must learn we create our live through our thoughts. That everything comes from within with our energy and vibration.

I am available to teach your child in the comfort of their own home. lessons are an hour long and suitable for children aged 5 - 10 years old. I use my attitude of gratitude copybooks as a starting point to build an attitude of gratitude and then develop onto simple mindset techniques for them to use to develop a thinking system as we don't have one. We have all been taught to look after our bodies but not our minds which require daily tuning.
