About Ruitong
I have always loved Chinese and I think it is a very aesthetically pleasing language. Along with constant reading, I have been experiencing the beauty of this language through writing. During my secondary school years, I won a national special award for my writing. Currently, I am studying Film Studies at the University of Manchester. Film is a medium of communication, as is language, and I hope that through this type of teaching I will be able to reach more people and hopefully satisfy those who are interested in Chinese.

My mother is a primary school Chinese teacher and I have researched methods on Pinyin for beginners, such as pronunciation. So, my classes are aimed at basic Chinese learners, starting with Pinyin and teaching everyday phrases, interspersed with some Chinese culture and literature. Each of my classes lasts 60 minutes.
