About Ryan

My name is Ryan Mcintyre, I used to be 63kg and underweight for my height and age, I used to skip meals and my active lifestyle didn’t help me in terms of building strength, however within a year of gym progression I completely changed my life with the art of consistency, and I believe that if you can give 100% in your gym sessions, you can do the exact same
