About Yasmin
I am a proud nerd. Love to learn, and teach. Started studying Biology in college at 16 y/o, and continued to study Pharmacy, which includes lots of chemistry. When the Pharmacy Doctorate program started I enrolled at Nova Southeastern University in FL, and finished the career. After working in retail pharmacies for around 12 years, decided to try hospitals, and loved it. Then got involved with meds selection and distribution, ending in charge of P&T Committees (Pharmacy & Therapeutics), reason why decided to study an MBA in Healthcare Administration & Management. With 24 years of experience in Pharmacy decided to move to México and spent 3 'sabbatical' years taking singing, knitting, Italian, and painting classes. Then decided to send my CV to Anahuac University, where was immediately hired to be a post-graduate professor for physicians, and later teach Medicine students several courses. Pandemic started and teaching methods changed drastically, developing several new and dynamic ways to teach. At this point I want to teach, support, assess online from home in order to share my knowledge and experiences with others.
