About Breda

I am an experienced C-suite executive and ICF qualified career, life and leadership coach with 5 years experience. I have a passion for using my knowledge and experience to mentor and support others through changes in their career and life.

Some of the issues I have helped my clients with include:

About the lesson

Sessions are 1 hour in length. We use summarisation, projection, visualisation and other techniques to find the barriers that are holding you back from realising your dreams.

Sometimes we feel lost in life. But it can be difficult to get started and daunting to figure it all out alone. That's where I can help.

As a coach, I can guide you, support you and be your accountability partner. Together, we'll break down the barriers holding you back, successfully navigate any obstacles that appear and create a clear path forward.
