About Zaira
Translation and Interpreting Student at the University of Vigo. I am also a senior technician in audiovisual projects and shows and an audiovisual production technician. What began as a casual help to family and friends ended up becoming one of my passions. Seeing the face of a child when understanding a problem that brought him down the street of bitterness is a satisfaction. Although at school they only ask me to memorize, I like that they wonder why they should know these things and understand them before putting them down, since I consider that one of the great deficits in education is written expression and it is impossible for a child to know how to express with his words something he does not understand. As I have been a teacher both with individuals and in academies, I have extensive material for various subjects and for all ages. Feel free to ask me for more information.

Since what usually worries the student is the result in the school, the first thing I do is to inform myself about his classes, his teachers, books and teaching methods to which he is accustomed so as not to confuse him. Once this foundation is established, the most important thing is to help you understand, even if for this you have to use other techniques or even invent methods since each child is different and books are only guides, not instruction manuals. I like to speak with students as equals because although I have to help them learn certain things, I do not consider myself superior for that reason, so I like them to feel comfortable to speak freely and not be afraid of making mistakes.
