About Rebecca

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a passionate Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Pre & Postnatal qualification, and I love helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own bodies. I can support you safely through injuries, helping you maintain progress and rebuild strength while avoiding setbacks. I got into training because I’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance, support, and consistency can completely change how you feel physically and mentally. My goal is to help every client reach theirs, safely and sustainably, while enjoying the process.

About the lesson

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with Level 3 Pre & Postnatal certification. I create personalised training plans that fit your body, stage of life, and goals. With my guidance, you’ll train safely, stay consistent, and see real, long-term results whether it’s fat loss, strength, or postnatal recovery.
