About Nassira

I am an experienced teacher of French and Spanish and currently Head of Department at a secondary school.
Over the course of my teaching career, I have helped hundreds of students achieve their potential at GCSE.
Whether working with highly confident students aiming for top grades, or supporting those who need structured guidance to secure a pass, I have developed clear, practical strategies that genuinely work.
My approach combines strong subject knowledge, proven exam techniques and a focus on building confidence, so every student feels capable of success.
I am passionate about languages and dedicated to helping each student make meaningful progress.

About the lesson

In my teaching career, I've encountered many students lose confidence in languages, even when they have the potential to do very well.
The good news is, with the right support, structure and encouragement, that confidence can grow quickly.
As an experienced secondary school Spanish teacher and Head of Department, I specialise in helping students feel calm, capable and prepared.
My lessons provide a safe, supportive space where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and gradually build their skills without pressure.
Together, we focus on:
- Strengthening key vocabulary and grammar in manageable steps
- Breaking down the writing tasks so they feel clear and achievable
- Gentle, guided speaking practice to reduce anxiety
- Adapted listening and reading strategies to avoid feeling overwhelmed
- Clear feedback that celebrates progress and sets realistic next goals
My aim is not just better grades, it’s helping students walk into their exam feeling prepared and self-assured.
