About Clíodhna
My name is Clíodhna Ní Gabhna and I'm a university student studying Music and Irish. I'm passionate about the Irish language and love helping others learn. I aim to build confidence in my students and inspire a real grá for the language in them.

Hi there. I'm a first-year university student studying Music and Irish, and I have a genuine love for the Irish language that I hope to share with my students.
I achieved a H2 in my Leaving Cert Irish exam and have passed all of my first-year college exams. While Irish isn’t my first language, I’m a fluent speaker and use the language daily in both my academic and personal life, as I live in Irish-speaking accommodation at university.
I’ve been teaching music privately for over two years to both children and adults, and I bring that same patient, encouraging approach to my Irish tutoring. I also have experience working with neurodivergent children and take care to adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s needs and learning style.
I offer tutoring for primary school students, as well as grinds and exam preparation for Junior and Leaving Cert levels. My aim is to help students build their skills and confidence while also developing a real appreciation for the language itself.
