About Cherrie
I am currently completing my PhD in International Law and I have a strong background in university tutoring, academic research, and mediation. I've helped undergrad students attain higher grades and build confidence in themselves by showing them that they are capable of navigating complex subjects like legal philosophy and international law. What makes me different? I can explain difficult concepts in a clear and approachable way. I am patient, structured and highly motivating. I help university students master international law and legal philosophy while strengthening their research and writing skills. My approach is student-centred and interactive - we discuss the concepts, apply theory to real-life examples and break down complex concepts into easily digestible steps. Most lessons run for 60 minutes and are entirely structured around your needs, like exam preparation or assignment assistance. I tend to combine short theoretical explanations with questions and/or case studies. I provide feedback on your work so that you learn by doing, not just by listening. I am currently completing my PhD in International Law and I have tutoring experience. I bring academic knowledge, motivation and support to every class. My aim is to build up your confidence while helping you learn.
