About Eileen
I am a mature student at Trent University entering my second year of a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. Native English speaker with basic level in Spanish. Most of my work experience has been in customer service (bartending/serving).

My teaching methods are to have a conversation. The best way to learn a language is to practice speaking.
A typical class will be based on a specific topic (chosen by the student or myself) and we will have a conversation. I will provide as much or as little help as needed for the student to complete their sentences or thoughts.
I have been in a foreign speaker in a different country, so I know the frustrations when wanting to communicate but not having the ability to do so. I am very patient and love to teach people new things.
My classes are ideal for new English speakers who want to learn the basics, to those who know the basics and want to expand their vocabulary and learn past and future tense.
